Using Poly D As External FX Pedal

Running a guitar — or anything else — through the Poly D’s analog signal path.
Plug into the external input, disable every oscillator, and you have a filter, chorus, distortion and overload stage at your disposal. The one thing that isn’t obvious: nothing comes out until you hold a key, because the VCA has to be open to pass signal. From there, LFO or oscillator 4 on the filter gives you an auto-wah, and resonance decides how pronounced it gets.

Tip: Keep the external input volume low to start. Push it too far and you’re distorting before you’ve even reached the distortion module.
