5 Ways of Creating Chords

Five complete chord patches, each starting from an initialized panel.
A slow envelope pad, a triangle LFO sweep, a choppy square wave version, a high-pass jet phaser built on noise and heavy emphasis, and finally the sequencer approach — playing chords in, then muting notes and changing gate lengths to find voicings you wouldn’t have played by hand. Follow along and you end up with five patches you can dial in from scratch, not just one.

Tip: On the jet phaser patch, keep the noise at around 1. It’s the thing that brings the patch to life, but a little more and it takes over completely.
