Refund Policy 

1. No Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

All purchases of digital products and online courses on this platform are final. By purchasing, you acknowledge that digital content is delivered immediately after payment, and therefore the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once access has begun.

2. Exclusion of Withdrawal Right

In accordance with Article 356(5) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the statutory right of withdrawal expires for digital content if:

• You explicitly agree that access or download starts immediately after purchase, and

• You acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once access has started.

This confirmation is part of the checkout process.
