# Refund Policy

## 1. No Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

Purchases and payments for my digital products are processed via the external platform Gumroad.

Therefore, Gumroad’s Terms and policies apply, which can be viewed here:

In general, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for digital content once the content has been made available, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

## 2. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Section 356(5) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content expires if:

– You expressly agree that access to or download of the digital content begins immediately after purchase, and
– You acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once access has begun.

This consent and acknowledgment are obtained during the checkout process on Gumroad.
